I endorse DAVID IRONS for King County Elections Director

 Dear Friends,
I am sending my endorsement of David Irons to my Frankly Fuiten statewide list even though many of you do not live in King County. King County has impacted us dramatically by their poorly run process. I am happy to report that they stopped sending me two ballots this last election, but the chaos of that department hurts democracy and our confidence in the outcome. David Irons is my choice for King County Elections Director. I have endorsed him for various offices in the past and am happy to do so again. He seems to me to have the right temperament and skill set for the position. He is a quietly competent public servant. His personal manner and dedication will help restore confidence. Even though he is a Republican he is not partisan in spirit. Quite a few people whom I respect have also endorsed David Irons:
- Citizens for Accountable Elections
- Attorney General Rob McKenna
- Kathy Lambert, King County Council
- Reagan Dunn, King County Council
- Conrad Lee, Bellevue City Council
- Phil Noble, Bellevue City Council
- Don Davidson, Bellevue City Council
- David Carson, Redmond City Council
- Steve Hammond
- Toby Nixon
- Larry Ishmael
- Steve Beren
- King County Republican Party
Additionally, the King County Municipal League has given him their highest rating of "outstanding." If you don't like David Irons you can always go with a liberal Democrat appointed by Ron Sims.

Yours for the Kingdom,
Joe Fuiten
